Terraced Olive Oil Serving Dish

If you'd like to dip in great style, then you might want to think about one of these plates. The all-white dish has terraced steps like an in-ground swimming pool. The oil at the first step is light gold, and then the deeper layers graduate to richer and darker tones, until the center, which is an earthy forest green—the effect is illustrated at right.

They're a gorgeous, dramatic way to offer great olive oil.
