Avocado Oil

We spend a lot of time extolling the nuanced flavors of olive oil, but what about other kinds of oils? Most vegetable oils are often intentionally bland and used primarily for high heat cooking without adding any extra taste. But that’s not the case with this avocado oil. Made from organic Mexican avocados pressed at peak ripeness within days of harvesting, it has a beautiful green color and a buttery rich texture with a flavor that tastes exactly like avocado (because that’s all it is!).

This oil is meant to be used like a finishing oil. You’ll of course want to use it on salads, but play up the color and rich flavor by swirling it in dips and drizzling it over roasted vegetables.
