It amazes me that—after all these years of tasting olive oil—I can still get googly-eyed and starcrossed over something new. You’d think I’d have ‘seen it all’ by now, but I’ve never tasted an oil like this: bitter but fun, grassy yet rich and full with a mouthfeel like soft satin.
