J. Patrice Eid Chocolate Truffle Collection

Before Jamie LeBoeuf returned to Michigan to start J. Patrice chocolate studio, she honed her chocolatier skills while traveling and living in the Middle East. Eid al-fitr (translated as “the festival of breaking the fast”) celebrates the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month where dawn to dusk fasting is practiced. Sweets are commonly eaten in the festivities, and Jamie has translated the spirit of that tradition into these flavors: Qamareddine with pistachio and apricot, Midnight at the Oasis with tahini and coconut, and Date Night with dates and spices. Six exquisite truffles are tucked into a beautifully patterned gift box.
