Zingerman’s Peanut Brittle
Ginger Jump Up Molasses Cookie from Ann Arbor
You can keep your chocolate chips. For my money, this is the best cookie Zingerman’s Bakehouse makes. What makes these cookies so special? We use unrefined brown sugar from Mauritius (It’s an island off the coast of Africa) and juicy chunks of crystallized ginger. The result is a chewy, spicy, sweet treat that kids and adults will fight over.
Zingerman’s Potato Chips from Traverse City
We’ve partnered with Great Lakes Potato Chip company in Traverse City, Michigan to make the chips. We also got a lot of help sourcing the perfect spices for the chips from Montreal’s Epices de Cru. Take it from me: superior spices paired with small batch potato chips are really, really good. One Sea Salt, one Pepper.
Zingerman’s Peanut Brittle from Ann Arbor
Jumbo Runner peanuts jut like boulders from a shiny, golden candy sea. The texture looks silky but shatters in crisp shards with each bite. To achieve this consistency the candy cooks make small batches by hand with a watchful eye. This is stovetop brittle, not factory gristle, with butterscotch-brown flavor, sharp, crackly texture and a finishing savor of roasted peanuts.
