The original Magic Brownie is soft and chewy and loaded with toasted walnuts. Toasting nuts brings their oils to the surface, kicking up their flavor. It’s a step most bakers leave out because it takes time, but we think it’s essential.
Pecan Blondie
This one isn’t packed with chocolate like the rest, but it’s popular nonetheless. Stuffed with pecan praline and topped with burnt demerara sugar and a touch of sea salt. A big hit with caramel fans.
Black Magic Brownie
Almost a quarter pound each, they’re dense, fudgy and loaded with chocolate. No preservatives or corn syrup or anything else you’d rather not find in your baked goods. The Black Magic Brownies are the same brownie as the Magic Brownies, just without the nuts.
Black & White Brownie
A riff on the famous cookie from New York. We start with a layer of Black Magic brownie and top it with a layer of our vanilla coconut macaroon cookie.
