Zingerman’s Peanut Brittle
Zingerman’s Candy Manufactory isn’t reinventing the wheel, just making it more delicious. This is stovetop brittle, not factory gristle, with butterscotch-brown flavor, sharp, crackly texture and a finishing savor of roasted peanuts. The texture looks silky but shatters in crisp shards with each bite. To achieve this consistency, the candy cooks make small batches by hand with a watchful eye. It’s a flavor-charged upgrade of classic peanut brittle
Raspberry Wowza
Raspberry ganache covered with raspberry nougat. Raspberry jelly candies come next, then a bath in dark chocolate. It’s fresh and fruity.
Zzang! Candy Bar
Our candy-making crew start with honey nougat made with natural peanut butter. They roll it up in silky caramel made from organic muscovado brown sugar. Big Virginia peanuts come next, and the whole endeavor is finished off with a dip into a rich bath of 64 percent dark Colombian chocolate.

The caramel is made from scratch using Muscovado brown sugar and butter from our local creamery. They mix that with crisped rice then enrobe it all in milk chocolate.
