This naturally leavened loaf is made with only four ingredients – organic wheat flour, water, sea salt, and our sourdough starter that we’ve been lovingly tending since 1992. Well, five ingredients if you count time. We let these breads ferment for 18 hours which allows them to develop complex flavors from those simple ingredients.
Our sourdough bread has a crisp, crackly crust and moist interior. The crumb that almost melts in your mouth is actually due to the high percentage of sourdough starter in this recipe compared to other breads. The trademark sour tang will tickle your tongue.
