Green Olive Paesano Bread

Like the ultimate dinner bread—Paesano—this loaf is made with organic flour, crispy on the outside, chewy and full of holes on the inside and dotted with green olives throughout. It sops up sauces superbly and is a handsome, substantial complement to salads. 

Zingerman's Bakehouse makes this bread just a few times each year, usually about once every few months. This handmade bread's ingredients are organic wheat flour (organic wheat, malted barley), water, green olives, sea salt, yeast, and cornmeal.
