Noor Fès Olive Oil

First, the packaging will catch your eye: a striking dark green ceramic bottle decorated with a golden mosaic pattern. Inspired by traditional Moroccan tilework, the art was designed to evoke the sun rising over the city of Fès in northeastern Morocco. Once you taste the delicate, buttery extra virgin olive oil, the bottle will be the second most impressive part of the experience.

The Noor Fès estate grows two varietals of ancient, native Picholine olives that are harvested by hand and cold pressed within four hours of harvesting. The aroma and flavor of the oil are pleasantly floral and fruity, and it has a lush, creamy texture. Add a generous drizzle to hummus, roasted vegetables, and grain salads.
