Santa’s workshop must have moved from the North Pole to North Carolina because there’s some serious merry-making happening in Asheville at Poppy. Our favorite popcorn makers have taken a crowd-pleasing sweet treat and given it a jolly upgrade for the holidays. They coat their classic popcorn in salted caramel made in small batches with real butter and a touch of molasses. For the final flourish, it’s drizzled with white and dark chocolate, dotted with festive sprinkles, and packed into a bright, seasonally decorated cylinder. Each handful is perfectly
