Ganache Stuffed Chocolate Easter Eggs

Honestly, I’m not sure if I should start with how fun and pretty these eggs from chocolatier Knipschildt are, or how wonderfully chocolatey they taste. Do I highlight the speckly, funky free designs covering each egg or do I lean into the luscious ganache inside that lingers on your palate and in your memory for a long, long time?

Inside the sturdy carton are nine ganache filled eggs: three yellow eggs with dark chocolate and passion fruit inside, three green eggs with hazelnut-milk chocolate ganache, and three red eggs with a pure and intensely dark chocolate filling—but which to mention first?

Well, if there’s anything I’ve learned in all my years of writing about confections like this is: any gift that comes with this many difficult, delicious decisions is a winner.
