So when the brilliant Zingerman’s Bakehouse bakers whipped up a new citrusy version, we were excited to try them. They exceeded all expectations.
Instead of cinnamon, these buttery brioche rolls are filled with a sweet swirl with orange zest and candied orange pieces. There’s also a touch of pure orange oil added to the glaze on top.
