Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Inspired by childhood trips to her grandparents’ home in Mexico, Damaris Ronkanen turned her passion for food into a career as a bean-to-bar chocolate maker and confectioner. Working from their cafe and kitchen in the Denver area, Damaris and her crew at Cultura Craft Chocolate turn cacao beans into finished chocolate bars, bon bons, and drinking chocolates.

For this cocoa, organic peppermint oil balances the chocolate with a festive, bright, herbal freshness. Delicious anytime of year, but especially great during the holidays.
