Walk into any classic deli in New York and you’re sure to find cheesecake on the menu. Ours is made by the crack baking team at Zingerman’s Bakehouse. They use fresh cream cheese from Zingerman’s Creamery, real vanilla, lots of sweet butter and a graham cracker crust (we make our own graham crackers, too).
The result is a stunner: this classic cheesecake is luscious, dense yet fluffy in texture, and rich yet bright in flavor.
